School Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Everett, MA

Seeking a dedicated nursing professional to provide one-on-one care for an elementary school student requiring g-tube feeds and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor the health of a student, focusing on g-tube feeds and ADL support throughout the school day
• Maintain clear communication with teachers, school staff, and the student’s caregivers regarding daily care
• Ensure all documentation related to the student’s medical needs is accurate and compliant with school policies
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any medical emergencies or situations that arise
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding student health records and information

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN or LPN/LVN licensure
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing settings preferred
• Proficient in performing g-tube feeds and providing routine personal care
• Ability to work independently with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Details of the Role:

• The student is in elementary school; you’ll meet them at the school—no bus riding required
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM
• Contract position with a consistent weekday schedule within a welcoming school environment
