Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one nursing support to a preschool child
• Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and G-tube suctioning with precision and care
• Assist with minimal toileting needs as required
• Maintain adherence to all health and safety protocols within the school setting
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for the child

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid LPN or LVN licensure
• Proven experience with trach care and G-tube suctioning
• Ability to work effectively in a pediatric school environment
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to obtain and maintain a district badge
• Willingness to complete onsite fingerprinting as part of compliance requirements

Schedule and Location:

• Location: Flint, Michigan
• Site: Kids & Company Preschool & Childcare
• Shift: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (half-day coverage)
• Dates: February 3, 9, 12, 17, 19; March 5, 11; April 7, 9, 10; May 7

Additional Details:

• Substitutes must accept shifts by 8:00 AM or the start time of the school day
• District badge and fingerprinting are mandatory for onboarding and compliance
