Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Forsyth, GA

You’ll work full-time from 8 am to 3 pm, focusing on providing personalized care for a kindergarten student with a central line and G-tube. There is no requirement for bus riding. The initial assignment will be for approximately 4-6 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Georgia LPN license required
• Experience or familiarity with central lines and G-tube care is highly preferred
• Pediatric or school-based nursing experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Must be comfortable working independently with one student in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to a single kindergarten student during school hours
• Monitor and manage the student’s central line and G-tube in accordance with care protocols
• Communicate regularly with the school staff and parents to update on the student’s health needs
• Respond promptly to medical needs and maintain accurate health records
• Support the child’s well-being while ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom experience
