School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) | Glenview, Illinois

What You’ll Bring:

• An active LPN or LVN license, with prior school nursing or pediatric experience valued
• Strong clinical knowledge, including medication administration, first aid, and chronic condition management
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A compassionate, student-centered approach

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to four students, utilizing individualized health plans to support their well-being
• Split time and travel between two school sites as needed to manage the caseload
• Provide daily health support, administer medications and perform health procedures within the school hours of 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and document all interventions accurately
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to coordinate student care
• Maintain confidentiality while advocating for student health needs
