Ideal Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted LPN or LVN license
• Experience in pediatric, school, or acute care settings preferred
• Familiarity with feeding tubes and management of significant medical needs
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and healthcare professionals
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily direct nursing care to a middle school student with complex medical requirements
• Monitor the student's condition and document any changes or interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support the student’s educational participation
• Administer medications as prescribed and manage medical equipment
• Accompany two students on the morning bus route, providing supervision and immediate care if needed
