Key Qualifications:

  • Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New Hampshire
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
  • Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergencies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Knowledge of student health protocols, documentation, and confidentiality standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver routine and emergency healthcare services to students and staff, including medication administration, first aid, and management of chronic health conditions
  • Monitor and document student health status; maintain accurate health records in compliance with school policies and relevant regulations
  • Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and healthcare providers regarding student needs
  • Support individualized healthcare plans for students with specific medical requirements
  • Assist in health screenings, immunization record review, and health education initiatives within the school
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive school environment by following infection control procedures and wellness best practices
