School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Guadalupe, California

In this position, you’ll work a consistent 32.5 hours per week during the standard academic calendar, with the option to sign up for extended school year (ESY) hours if you choose. Responsibilities include assisting students with medication administration, daily health checks, and health-related documentation, supporting both routine and urgent medical needs. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active CA LVN license (required)
• Previous experience as an LVN, preferably in pediatric, school, or public health settings
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Compassion, adaptability, and professionalism in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students according to individualized health plans
• Administer prescribed medications and routine medical treatments
• Respond to injuries or acute health conditions with appropriate first aid and intervention
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with the school team to promote student health and safety
