Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and support during homebound instruction
- Monitor health needs and administer medications or treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student health status
- Communicate proactively with the student's guardians and school representatives
- Adhere to all protocols for student privacy, safety, and school health guidelines
