School-Based LPN Opportunities – Hingham, MA | Immediate Start + ESY

Soliant is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support students in a school setting in Hingham, Massachusetts. These positions are available immediately and will continue through the remainder of the school year and Extended School Year (ESY) programming.

Position 1: Elementary Student (Part-Time)

Schedule:

• ASAP – June 18: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Wednesdays dismiss at 12:50 PM

• ESY: July 1 – August 6, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Student Needs:

• Wheelchair mobility support (student also utilizes a walking device)

• Trach care

• G-tube care

• Suctioning

• AFO support

• Toileting assistance

• Van riding required

Position 2: PreK Student (Full-Time ASAP / Part-Time ESY)

Schedule:

• ASAP – June 18: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Wednesdays dismiss at 12:50 PM

• ESY: July 1 – August 6, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM

Student Needs:

• Seizure monitoring

• Trach care

• G-tube care

• Toileting assistance

• Additional health support as needed

• Van riding required

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN License

• Previous pediatric, school-based, home health, or medically fragile student experience preferred

• Comfortable providing trach and G-tube care

• Reliable transportation and ability to ride the student's van route as needed
