1:1 School LPN – Hingham, MA

Soliant is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 school-based position in Hingham, MA for the 2026–2027 school year and ESY 2027.

Position Details:

• Location: Hingham, MA

• Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 10, 2027

• ESY 2027 included

• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

• Wednesdays have an early dismissal of 1–2 hours

• Training will be provided with the current nurse and parents

Caseload & Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care for a 14-year-old student

• Trach care and suctioning

• G-tube care

• Toileting assistance

• Support mobility needs, including wheelchair, walking device, and AFOs

• Monitor the student's health and safety throughout the school day

• Van riding with the student is required

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license

• Comfortable with trach, G-tube, and suctioning care

• Ability to provide dependable, consistent 1:1 nursing support

• Comfortable riding school transportation with the student
