School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Hopkins, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous experience or skills as an LPN/LVN in a school environment preferred
• Confident with the health needs of students from K–12
• Ability to adapt to a variety of student care situations quickly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide daily healthcare services and administer medications as directed
• Respond to student health concerns and emergencies promptly and professionally
• Support students with chronic health conditions, allergies, and specialized care plans
• Work closely with school staff and families to promote a healthy and safe school environment
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in the planning and delivery of health education as needed
