What you'll bring:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Previous experience providing direct 1:1 nursing care, especially with school-age children
• Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in educational environments
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with families, educational staff, and healthcare providers
• Reliability and integrity when managing sensitive student health information
• Current CPR certification

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care and health management to assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by students' care plans or physicians’ orders
• Document care provided, changes in condition, and communication with staff/families
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to support educational and medical needs
• Promote a safe, healthy learning environment for all
