Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license
• Previous experience delivering 1:1 care, preferably in a school or pediatric setting

• Ability to follow care plans and respond calmly in emergency medical situations
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain prior to start

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 medical care and supervision for assigned students throughout the school day
• Monitor health status, administer medications, and implement prescribed interventions
• Collaborate proactively with educators, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate and confidential records aligned with school policies and legal requirements
• Serve as a compassionate resource, encouraging student confidence and participation in school activities
• Respond promptly to health concerns or emergencies, delivering appropriate first aid and care
