Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered LPN or LVN license
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Proficiency in basic nursing procedures (medication administration, first aid, health screenings)
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with students, parents, and educational staff
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to respond calmly to urgent situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health services to students and staff, including medication administration and basic first aid
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation according to school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to support students’ well-being
• Participate in developing and implementing care plans for students with chronic conditions or special medical needs
• Serve as a resource to faculty and parents, educating them on relevant health issues
