Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Skilled at delivering 1:1 care to pediatric or adolescent patients

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation abilities
• Adaptable to working in multiple school settings (elementary, middle, and high school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and address students’ health conditions, administering medications or treatments as required
• Document care provided and maintain accurate health records
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create a safe, supportive environment
