School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Lake Elsinore, California

You’ll work closely with educational staff and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care throughout the school day, ensuring student safety and supporting academic participation. This role requires focus, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to both technical nursing tasks and student interaction.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Current and valid LVN/LPN licensure in California.
• Prior experience with pediatric or school-based nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge in managing ventilators and respiratory care.
• Familiarity with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia (BPD) is a significant advantage.
• Up-to-date BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to follow and contribute to Individualized Healthcare Plans.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one care for a student diagnosed with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilator equipment throughout the school day.
• Administer medications, provide respiratory treatments, and conduct routine health monitoring.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in student condition or emergencies.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support the student's educational and health goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records as required.
