Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lansdale, PA

Make a meaningful impact as a contract LPN supporting students in a vibrant educational environment this summer. This position offers a blend of afternoon and morning shifts, providing assistance to young learners over several weeks. You’ll utilize your nursing expertise to ensure the well-being of students, fostering a safe and healthy atmosphere as they participate in instructional programs. The schedule includes weekday shifts throughout July and early August, with varying hours to offer flexibility during your summer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid LPN or LVN license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment abilities
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
• Dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly with students and staff
• Passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and urgent nursing care for students according to individual health plans
• Administer medication and provide first aid as needed
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Communicate any health concerns or incidents to appropriate school personnel
• Contribute to a welcoming, supportive educational environment
• Uphold all school health and safety protocols

Schedule Overview:

• July 6-30: Monday–Thursday, 12:30pm–3:15pm
• July 31: 8:15am–11:15am
• August 3-6: 8:15am–3:15pm
