School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Las Vegas, Nevada

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting student success as a school-based LPN in the Las Vegas area. This full-time, contract role spans from August 10, 2026, through October 12, 2026, with essential trainings on the afternoon of August 4 and the morning of August 7. You'll play a vital part in a 1:1 assignment, assisting a student with specialized needs including tracheostomy care and (ideally) GT feeding. The assignment requires travel within areas around Flamingo and Boulder Highway, up to Henderson. Please note these temporary assignments don’t guarantee extension.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with tracheostomy care is essential; familiarity with GT feeding is highly preferred
• Updated resume and a clear photo of your driver's license are required for consideration
• Ability to commit to an early August start and set training dates
• Willingness to work on-site (no remote or hybrid arrangements)
• Reliable transportation to navigate between designated locations

Your Role:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a student within a school environment
• Monitor, assess, and fulfill medical needs, especially trach and potential GT feeds
• Collaborate with school personnel to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district protocols
• Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere that enhances student well-being
