• Strong skills in 1:1 care for children and/or adolescents
• Adaptability to work with students of varying ages and health requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
• CPR and First Aid certification greatly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive 1:1 care to assigned students in accordance with medical and educational plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor students for any changes in health or well-being, reporting to guardians and district personnel as needed
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date health records and documentation
• Foster a supportive, confidential, and safe environment for all students
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with education and healthcare teams to promote optimal student health outcomes
