Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Prior experience in pediatric, school, or 1:1 nursing strongly preferred
• Familiarity with the needs of students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Ability to follow individualized healthcare plans and respond quickly to medical concerns
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, 1:1 care for assigned students, addressing daily medical needs and emergencies as required
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and district protocols
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote student health and academic participation
• Monitor and document student health status, interventions, and observations consistently
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that prioritizes confidentiality and student dignity
