Available positions offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle, with full-time and part-time bus riding shifts open:

• Full-Time: 7:30am – 2:55pm, 1:1 nurse support for a 10th grade student with diabetes.
• Bus Riding Only Shift: 7:15am – 9:15am, then 1:30pm – 3:45pm, providing support during transport.

Required Qualifications:

• Active licensure as LPN or RN in New York State
• Recent experience in a school setting or pediatric care preferred
• Comfort and skill providing 1:1 care for students with specific medical needs, such as diabetes management
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to remain attentive and responsive in both classroom and bus environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistent, compassionate nursing care to students, including glucose monitoring and medication administration as needed
• Collaborate with educators and families to support each student's health and wellness
• Follow established care protocols and documentation standards
• Ensure student safety and well-being throughout the school day and during transportation
