Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Los Alamos, NM

Qualifications:

• Current, active New Mexico LPN, LVN, or RN license
• Prior pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Effective communicator with students, families, and staff
• Ability to follow individualized care plans with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care to a designated student throughout the school day
• Monitor and respond to the student’s health needs per the individualized care plan
• Work collaboratively with educators, other healthcare professionals, and the student’s family
• Accurately chart care provided and maintain compliance with district and state protocols
• Encourage a safe learning atmosphere, supporting the student’s participation and well-being
