School Nurse (LPN) - Manchester, New Hampshire

A school nursing position is available for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide one-on-one care in Manchester, NH. This contract role covers the entire school year and requires a licensed LPN with a commitment to full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized health care and support to students requiring 1:1 nursing assistance
• Manage diverse caseloads, including medical and personal care needs throughout the school day
• Support students with tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding, ventilator assistance, seizure management, diabetic care, and toileting as applicable
• Accompany select students on bus rides to ensure continuous nursing care
• Assist with academic support during the school day as needed

Qualifications:

• Active and valid LPN or LVN license
• Experience providing direct nursing care in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Comfort and competence with specialized medical needs such as tracheostomies, G-tubes, mechanical ventilation, and seizure interventions
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Flexibility to accommodate varying medical and personal care requirements within caseload

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Duration: Full school year contract
Availability: Full-time, primarily 1:1 nursing assignments
