School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Manchester, New Hampshire

Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN license required
• Comfort and competency in one-on-one pediatric care
• Experience or willingness to assist with a variety of medical needs (such as trach care, G-tube, vent support, seizure management, diabetic care, and toileting)
• Flexibility to ride the bus with students, if assigned
• Willingness to help students with classroom activities as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with managing individualized health concerns in a school or pediatric setting
• Ability to communicate clearly with school staff and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized health care for assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Monitor and manage complex medical interventions, subject to your preferences and abilities (trauma, G-tube, vent, seizure, or diabetic support)
• Provide assistance with toileting and personal care routines as required
• Accompany students on the bus to and from school (as needed)
• Support academic engagement and adapt to changing student needs throughout the day
