School Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Manchester, NH

Exciting opportunities are now available for contract Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide essential 1:1 care to students at schools near Manchester, NH. This is a full-time position, with multiple caseloads open, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting individual student needs in an educational environment. Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered LPN license
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or similar 1:1 care setting preferred
• Confidence with (or willingness to train in) specialized care such as tracheostomy, G-tube, ventilator support, seizure monitoring, diabetic management, and toileting
• Ability to assist with academic support and participate in classroom activities as needed
• Comfortable providing bus riding support when required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with school staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care for assigned student throughout the school day
• Execute care plans that may involve trach care, G-tube feeding, ventilator management, seizure precautions, diabetic monitoring, toileting, and medication administration, as applicable
• Accompany and monitor the student on the school bus, ensuring safety and readiness for any healthcare needs during transportation, if assigned
• Respond to medical incidents and document daily activities
• Partner with educators to help the student participate in classrooms, adapting assistance as necessary to support learning
