Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, active LPN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and record-keeping abilities
- Ability to provide care, administer medications, and manage health care plans
- Team-oriented, flexible, and compassionate approach to care
- CPR and First Aid certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and emergency nursing care to students and staff
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders
- Monitor health conditions, manage chronic illnesses and respond to urgent health needs
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other support staff to promote a safe, healthy school environment
- Educate students and staff on health and wellness practices
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
