Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, active LPN license in good standing
  • Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or community health setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to provide care, administer medications, and manage health care plans
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and compassionate approach to care
  • CPR and First Aid certification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and emergency nursing care to students and staff
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders
  • Monitor health conditions, manage chronic illnesses and respond to urgent health needs
  • Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other support staff to promote a safe, healthy school environment
  • Educate students and staff on health and wellness practices
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
