Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Marlborough, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current LPN or LVN licensure in Massachusetts
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Administer basic first aid, manage chronic conditions, and respond to student illness or injury
• Dispense prescribed medications according to district policies
• Maintain accurate health records and required documentation
• Work collaboratively with educators, counselors, and families to support student health and well-being
• Educate students and staff on relevant health topics as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state, local, and school district protocols
