Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Merrimack, NH

A healthcare professional is needed to support two middle school students requiring 1:1 nursing care during the academic year and summer session in Merrimack, NH. This contract position is perfect for an LPN/LVN with experience in school nursing and a dedication to providing compassionate, individualized healthcare in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to two middle school students, ensuring health, safety, and proper medical support throughout the school day
• Manage healthcare needs including medication administration, emergency responses, and routine health monitoring in collaboration with school staff and families
• Maintain detailed documentation of nursing services and health information in compliance with school policies and regulations
• Provide coverage during the summer session from July 7 to July 28, Monday through Thursday, for 4 hours daily, with specific hours to be determined

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with school health services, preferably in a middle school setting
• Ability to provide consistent and attentive care tailored to individual student health plans
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and healthcare teams

Work Schedule:

• School Year: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM
• Summer Session: Monday through Thursday, 4 hours per day (schedule TBD)
