Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized nursing care and supervision to the student, ensuring her health and safety during school hours and transportation on the bus
• Managing feeding tube care and related medical needs with precision and compassion
• Collaborating with paraprofessional staff, including floating aides, to support the student’s educational and physical needs
• Monitoring and documenting the student’s health status and communicating effectively with school personnel and family members

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Valid LPN/LVN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience working in school nursing or with pediatric patients, particularly in educational settings
• Skills in feeding tube management and patient care in a 1:1 context
