What we are seeking:

• Active LPN or RN license required
• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience is preferred
• Confident in monitoring for seizures and responding quickly
• Demonstrated skill in administering Diastat medication
• Reliable and attentive; able to ensure the wellbeing of a high school student
• Collaborative, professional communication with school staff and families

What your day looks like:

• Accompanying a high school student daily on the school bus, focusing exclusively on bus transit
• Monitoring the student for any signs of seizure activity and intervening as trained
• Administering Diastat if a seizure occurs and managing any related health needs
• Collaborating with students, school staff, and the student's family to ensure a safe and supportive environment throughout transit
• Maintaining clear, concise documentation and communication regarding any healthcare interventions
