Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont
• Demonstrated experience in pediatrics
• Proficiency in care involving tracheostomies (Trachs)
• Skilled in G-tube management, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Familiarity with school-based nursing environments preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, 1:1 nursing care to two elementary-age students
• Perform routine nursing duties such as wound care, medication administration, and vital checks
• Accurately monitor, document, and communicate health information to families and school staff
