Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license in New Hampshire (or compact state license covering NH)
• Previous experience as an LPN/LVN in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Comfort with or willingness to learn specialized medical care, such as trach, G-tube, vent, seizure, diabetic care, and toileting
• Ability to assist with academic support during the day as needed
• Flexible with working on assigned caseloads, including positions that require bus riding
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with children
• Team-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to different school environments

What You'll Do:

• Provide continuous 1:1 medical care for assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Administer medications, support activities of daily living, and monitor for changes in condition
• Safely accompany students requiring bus transportation as needed
• Coordinate with school staff, families, and medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
• Participate in assisting students academically, creating a holistic and positive school experience
