School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Nashua, New Hampshire

Multiple full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) positions are available, each focused on dedicated 1:1 student care. Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license (NH or compact state) required
• School-based experience or a strong interest in pediatric care preferred
• Comfortable and adaptable for exclusively 1:1 nursing roles, supporting students with a variety of needs
• Willingness to engage in responsibilities such as bus riding, toileting, seizure monitoring, administering medications, and diabetic care as needed
• Flexible and compassionate communication with students and staff
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Able to assist with academics as part of the school day if needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 clinical care and monitoring to assigned student(s) throughout the school day
• Support students’ participation in educational activities, including helping with academics when required
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and provide care for trach, G-tube, vent support, or seizure/diabetic management based on student needs
• Assist with toileting and bus riding, ensuring students’ safety and comfort from pick-up to drop-off
• Communicate clearly and proactively with educational and health care teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to school and nursing standards
