We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN to support a high school student for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 32.5-hour-per-week position with an ASAP start date through June 30, 2026.
Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:05 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:15 PM
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 medical support to a high school student.

Closely monitor fluid intake and scheduled bathroom breaks.

Recognize and respond promptly to signs of dehydration or elevated sodium levels.

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate health concerns to school staff and caregivers.

Deliver general nursing care within the school setting as needed.
Licensure (Required)

Massachusetts, active LPN (or LVN) license in the state of employment is required.
Required Experience & Skills

Strong clinical background and comfort working independently in a school environment.

Experience managing conditions that require strict fluid regulation (e.g., Diabetes Insipidus).

Ability to observe and identify changes in student health status and respond appropriately.

Professional communication skills, reliability, and good documentation practices.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
