Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and CNAs with a passion for pediatric care and individualized support are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay is offered, reflecting your qualifications: LPNs can expect $40–42/hr, RNs $45–47/hr, and CNAs $28–30/hr, along with weekly pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut LPN or RN license, or CNA certification in good standing
• Experience in a school, pediatric, or special needs setting is highly desirable
• Skilled in monitoring feeding and hydration through tube feeding
• Excellent communication skills and compassion for working with children
• Ability to collaborate with educators, therapists, and families
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 care for a first-grade student, including daily feeding and hydration via tube
• Participate in the student’s classroom activities and educational development
• Monitor and document health status, communicating any changes to the appropriate team members
• Support the student’s independence and growth within the school environment
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to all health protocols
