Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with chronic conditions by following individualized health plans
  • Promote health, hygiene, and safety through education and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records
  • Serve as a resource to students, staff, and parents regarding health-related concerns
  • Assist with care plans in coordination with other healthcare providers and school staff
  • Participate in maintaining compliance with school health policies and state regulations
