Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid LPN license
• School nursing or pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience managing ventilator-dependent patients required

• Certified and able to work effectively with high school-aged students
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Comfortable with 1:1 support throughout the day, including bus transportation

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care to a single high school student during school hours
• Accompany student on the bus to and from school to ensure safety and health needs are met
• Support student participation in all daily activities, fostering increased independence where possible
• Monitor and manage ventilator equipment, troubleshooting when necessary
• Maintain detailed health records and communicate closely with family and educational staff
• Be proactive and compassionate in all interactions, advocating for the student’s overall well-being
