Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Perris, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Active California LVN or LPN license in good standing
• Previous experience delivering nursing care to children or adolescents, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
• Proficient assessment and clinical documentation skills
• Strong communication abilities for working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals
• Compassionate, adaptable, and able to work independently in a home environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medical care and ongoing health monitoring for a middle school-aged student
• Provide medication management, assistance with daily living needs, and support during educational activities
• Closely document health status, treatments, and interventions according to school and clinical standards
• Serve as a health advocate, maintaining student wellness and encouraging participation in daily summer school activities
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding progress and any health concerns
