Licensed High School LPN - School in Piedmont, SC

Support a high school student as a skilled LPN in an engaging and rewarding contract position. This role is well-suited for nurses experienced with ventilator care and seeking a consistent yet flexible schedule—work 30 hours each week, with every Wednesday off. Bus riding is part of the daily routine, allowing you to help facilitate the student’s full school day.

Key Qualifications:

• Current LPN license, with certification required
• Experience with ventilator-dependent individuals strongly preferred
• Previous work in a school setting or with youth is beneficial
• Ability to support a paralyzed student with empathy and professionalism
• Comfortable riding the school bus as part of daily duties

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing support during the student’s school day and bus rides
• Monitor respiratory needs, including ventilator management
• Assist with daily personal and medical care tasks as needed
• Collaborate with school staff and family members to ensure student safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate and sensitive records in accordance with school protocols
