What you’ll bring:

• Active and current LPN license
• Previous experience working with ventilator-dependent individuals
• Certification as required by state regulations
• Experience or strong interest in providing 1:1 care within a school environment
• Ability to confidently support the needs of a high school student
• Willingness to ride the school bus with the student to and from school
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with a commitment to student care

What you’ll do:

• Deliver attentive 1:1 nursing care to a single high school student throughout the school day
• Support health-related needs, monitor well-being, and follow established care protocols, including ventilator management
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and family members to support the student’s educational and health goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of health interventions and daily activities
• Ride the bus alongside the student, ensuring safety and continuity of care during transportation
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive relationship to promote independence and comfort
• Communicate proactively with all team members, helping to solve challenges as they arise

Enjoy a consistent schedule of approximately 30 hours per week, with Wednesdays off as the student does not attend school that day.
