What we’re looking for:

• Active LPN or LVN license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school setting, pediatrics, or youth population preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills, with ability to engage students, staff, and families
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach with children and teens
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and emergency nursing care to students according to medical plans and school protocols
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects
• Maintain accurate health records and confidentiality
• Respond to health issues and manage minor injuries or illnesses that occur during the day
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings as requested
• Implement disease prevention measures and promote healthy habits across the school community
• Liaise with physicians, parents, and school staff to coordinate student care
