Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current and valid LPN license in the State of Washington
• Experience as an LPN/LVN in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage health plans, provide first aid, and respond to emergencies
• Knowledge of student health requirements, medications, and medical equipment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Administer daily and emergency medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide direct care for students with chronic conditions and acute illnesses
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to develop health plans
• Maintain accurate health records according to confidentiality standards
• Educate students and staff on health protocols and wellness initiatives
• Participate in crisis response and offer compassionate support
