Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to students across various district locations
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and district policies
• Monitor and document student health concerns and medical conditions
• Respond to student illnesses, injuries, and health emergencies
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and healthcare providers
• Assist in implementing individualized healthcare plans and accommodations
• Promote student health education and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or community health experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different school environments
• Current CPR certification preferred
