Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN/LVN license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)

• Previous 1:1 care experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care to assigned middle school students, monitoring their health status and administering medications or treatments as prescribed
• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or health concerns during the school day and summer session
• Document care provided in accordance with school protocols and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with school staff, students’ families, and healthcare teams to coordinate and update care plans
• Promote a safe, healthy school environment

The position covers the standard school calendar (8:15 AM – 3:45 PM) and an additional July 7 – July 28 summer session (Monday-Thursday, 4 hours daily; specific times to be determined).
