School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Rochester, New Hampshire

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct, 1:1 nursing care for two middle school students during the academic year and a four-week summer session.
• Administer medications, manage medical needs, and respond to student health concerns.
• Monitor and document the health status of assigned students throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure seamless medical care and communication.
• Support student participation in school activities, adapting care plans as necessary for field trips and special events.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid, active LPN or LVN licensure for nursing practice.
• Experience providing care in a school, pediatric, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and respond quickly to changing medical needs.
• Flexibility to work regular school hours (8:15 AM - 3:45 PM); summer program coverage required from July 7 to July 28, Monday through Thursday (4 hours/day; exact hours to be confirmed).
