A healthcare professional with expertise in pediatric care is needed for a contract position in a school setting located in Rohnert Park, CA. This role is ideal for an LPN/LVN skilled in providing one-on-one nursing support to students with specialized medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized nursing care to pediatric students requiring 1:1 support within the school environment
  • Monitor and manage health conditions, administer medications, and perform medical procedures according to care plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and healthcare teams to ensure student safety and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of nursing interventions and student health documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing

  • Ability to work effectively independently in a 1:1 caregiver capacity
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
