• Tracheostomy (Trachs) management skills essential
• Proficiency with G-tube care, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Prior work in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated nursing care to two elementary school students
• Perform daily nursing tasks: wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Monitor and document each student’s health status, ensuring consistent communication with families and staff
