Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license in good standing
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or similar care setting preferred
• Comfortable working 1:1 with students requiring varying levels of medical support
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and school nurse leadership
• Adaptability to provide health care and academic assistance during the school day

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to assigned student(s), including assistance with trach, G-tube, ventilator, seizure, and diabetic care—based on your comfort and training
• Oversee or assist with toileting and hygiene support as needed
• Ride the school bus with students when required, ensuring a safe commute
• Collaborate closely with educators and staff to support students’ academic and health goals
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Foster a caring, supportive environment tailored to each student’s unique needs
