With a schedule of 20 hours per week during the academic year (with the option to extend through summer session), you’ll serve as both a trusted bus monitor and medical advocate.

What you’ll need:

• Active LPN or RN license in NH
• Prior experience in school nursing, pediatric nursing, or working with children with disabilities
• Familiarity with seizure protocol and comfort supporting a child with epilepsy
• Understanding of care needs for students with physical and speech limitations
• Professionalism, reliability, and a caring bedside manner
• Commitment to student safety and wellbeing on both morning and afternoon bus routes

Key responsibilities:

• Safely escort and supervise the assigned student on all daily bus rides between home (pickup allowed from family driveway) and school in Massachusetts
• Monitor for signs of medical distress and respond appropriately using established protocols
• Communicate effectively with the student’s family and school team regarding health status and any incidents
• Maintain accurate records related to health interventions and daily activities
• Support the student in a compassionate and discreet manner throughout the commute
