Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in San Bernardino, CA

A licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) is needed for a K-12 school setting in San Bernardino, CA. This contract position covers the complete school year (CSY) and involves providing essential nursing care to students to support their health and well-being throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students in accordance with school policies and healthcare plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student health needs
• Promote a safe and healthy school environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN/LVN license
• Experience working in school health services or pediatric nursing preferred
