Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered LPN or LVN license in Arizona (or compact state eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Familiarity with individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and medical documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable navigating a variety of healthcare needs, from routine care to urgent response situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and health monitoring
• Support students with chronic health conditions and respond to emergencies as needed
• Work closely with educators and parents to implement student health plans and accommodations
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Educate students and staff on health topics and wellness practices
• Uphold confidentiality and foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for all students
