School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Stafford, Virginia

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current LPN license in Virginia
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
• Comfortable providing care to medically fragile students, including those with diabetes and seizure disorders
• Willingness and ability to assist with complex medical needs such as g-tube, trach care, toileting, diapering, and more
• Reliable and able to accompany students on the bus as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver conscientious, compassionate care throughout the school day across Brock Road Elementary and Spotsy Middle locations
• Support students with diabetes management, seizure precautions, and specialized health plans
• Provide assistance with bus riding to ensure safe student transitions to and from school
• Manage and perform toileting, diapering, g-tube, and trach care as needed, maintaining students’ dignity and comfort
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and other providers to create a healthy and safe educational environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold student privacy at all times

This contract position offers 37.5 hours per week, providing a stable, structured schedule in a fulfilling setting working alongside fellow healthcare professionals and educators.
