Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and valid Practical Nurse licensure in Vermont
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong background in pediatrics
• Demonstrated expertise with tracheostomies (Trachs)
• Proficient in managing G-tubes, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to two elementary students as a 1:1 provider
• Fulfill routine nursing duties such as wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
• Monitor, document, and report student health progress to families and school personnel
• Support the educational team in encouraging students’ wellness and academic growth

This position offers a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $34.88 to $40.35, reflecting your experience and expertise.
